What does BookThis cost?
There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no configuration cost. You only pay commission on completed bookings that come in through the system: 8% on Basic, 12% on Standard, 16% on Professional. No bookings, no costs.
Do you need your own website or a developer?
No. BookThis is a standalone app: you download it, register as a partner, enter the details of your facility and your services, and your offering goes live in front of users right away. No development, no hosting, no integration required.
How quickly can I go live?
Registration takes a few minutes. Most partners take their first online booking on the same day they upload their services and opening hours.
What happens to my existing phone bookings?
You can add manual bookings to the calendar yourself, so online and phone bookings sit in one place. The system filters out clashes, so the same slot can never be booked twice.
How do I get paid?
Guests pay in the app via integrated online payment. You track your revenue in real time in the partner dashboard, and payouts arrive in your nominated bank account on a regular settlement schedule.
Can I cancel if it doesn't work out?
Yes. There's no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee — and since there's no monthly fee, pausing the system costs you nothing.
I have several sites. Does that work?
Yes. A single partner account can manage any number of sites, and within each of them any number of resources (courts, rooms, tables, coaches) — each with its own calendar and its own pricing.
What is the playing partner finder?
BookThis isn't just a booking system, it's a community platform too. Users can post that they're a fourth player short for padel or looking for a tennis partner. For you that means your half-empty slots fill up as well — without you having to do a thing.
