Booking and calendar
Flexible time blocks
Slots of 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, set separately per sport. You can also require a buffer between two bookings for cleaning or changeover.
Opening hours and exceptions
Weekly schedules, seasonal opening hours, public holidays and one-off closures — the system removes them from the bookable slots automatically.
Manual and online bookings in one view
You enter the bookings that come in by phone or in person yourself, and they show up in the same calendar as the online ones.

Revenue and payments
Built-in online payment
Guests pay by card in the app. The transaction cost is part of the commission — you don't need a separate contract with a payment provider.
Deposits and full payment
You can require a deposit before a booking becomes final. It's the most effective no-show reducer there is.
Passes and credits
Session-based and time-based passes, automatic deductions, expiry alerts and renewals. Guests can see how many sessions they have left right in the app.
Real-time revenue tracking
Daily, weekly and monthly breakdowns, by service and by resource. No waiting until month-end to know how the month is going.

Visibility in search
