Questions about discounts
How do I get the first-booking discount?
It is activated automatically in your account after you sign up and appears at checkout on your first booking. No code to enter.
Can several discounts be combined?
That depends on the venue's settings. The payment screen always shows which discounts apply to that particular booking.
What happens to my pass when it expires?
You get a notification before it expires, so you have time to use it up or renew it. Expired sessions cannot be used — so it is worth keeping an eye on the expiry date when you book.
What do I need to prove for the student discount?
You need a valid student ID, which participating venues may check on site. The discount is not available at every venue.
